The Lie-Nielsen No.85 Cabinet Maker's Scraper is a very comfortable size in between their large and small scraping planes. Full width blade allows you to work against an adjacent vertical surface and the tilting knob and handle saves your knuckles. Because the blade is fully supported against the plane body this tool is very solid and less likely to chatter with a heavy cut. Bronze non-adjustable frog. Weight 3 lbs.
