Jointer - Gidgee - 26in. long and weighing 6-1/2 lb., with a 2in. wide HCS blade is well suited to final smoothing of any long lumber surface or for jointing. The ultimate jointer, this planeexcels at large flattening tasks such as large table tops and work benches.
Gidgee is a native Australian wood which is a member of the Acacia family. Wood is carefully selected, cut and dried to produce a stable and reliable tool capable of long service.

- 60 degree cutting angle works well on figured grain and reverses to 90 degree cutting angle creating a scraper plane useful on difficult grain
