| Price Match Plus |
We will match the price of any Internet Retailer, plus beat it by 10% of the difference (Some restrictions - see below). For example, suppose you find a chisel set we sell for $200 and the competitor's price is $150. We will sell you the chisel set for $145 (their price less 10% of the $50 difference or $5). We do not consider sales tax or shipping cost in the calculation. We will match the shipping cost charged by the competing retailer. Only orders shipped to California will have sales tax added.
Price matching is easy.
1. Place your order online for the item(s) you want price matched.
Credit Card orders only - Your card is not charged until the order is shipped.
2. In the "Special Instructions" section of checkout page provide the information in red:
Request Price Match
Name of item in Craftsman Studio order - Competitor's price
Business name - Web page address of item on competitor's website
Example:
Request price match
Set of 6 Two Cherries Chisels - $150 (Tom's Tools price)
Tom's Tools - http://www.TomsTools.com/sale/tool.htm (Address copied from browser)
3. We will confirm the price, availability and shipping costs of the competing retailer and ship your order with revised pricing and shipping costs as described above. When your order ships, we will send an email confirmation with shipment tracking numbers and the exact amount billed to your credit card,
If we are unable to accept the "Price Match +10%", we will promptly email you with an explanation - normally within one business day.
Offer restrictions:
Price match requests must accompany orders placed online using a credit card. We do not accept price match orders placed by Telephone, Fax, or Mail.
Google Checkout orders are not eligible because we cannot modify pricing once your order is placed - Please use our standard checkout instead.
Price-match does not apply to Lie-Nielsen Tools with Cocobolo upgrades.
Price-match items cannot be gift-wrapped.
Price matching does not apply to membership clubs, websites which require password access or auctions.
Price-match products are not eligible for special offers or discounts.
Price matching is only honored for businesses with a USA physical address listed on the website.
Offer limited to a maximum of one price match per item and stock on hand.

Be the exact make and model/size of the one carried at CraftsmanStudio.com
Be new (not refurbished or reconditioned) and in its original packaging with all of its accessories.
Be in stock at CraftsmanStudio.com and the competing retailer.
Be publicly accessible through the homepage of the website.
Not be a closeout, clearance, bundled offer item or typographical error.
