Fax - You can fax your order to 206-666-3554. Our has a shopping card has a convenient form which will record your purchases and can be printed for faxing. You add the credit card information after the form is printed.

Letter Mail - Our has a shopping card has a convenient form which will record your purchases and can be printed for mailing. We accept credit card, check and money orders by mail. Checks may be cleared before orders are shipped.

Taxes - Orders are subject to taxes based on the destination. Orders shipped to California are taxed. Tax is applied to the selling price of the merchandise only. Shipping charges are not taxed.

Shipping Costs and Methods: All Craftsman Studio orders destined for the lower 48 states over $75.00 will be shipped via Postal Service or FedEx ground at no additional costs. Orders less than $75.00 will be shipped by the method selected by the customer and rates are based on actual costs determined by the carrier's current rates.

Order Acknowledgment & Acceptance - When you click the 'Submit Secure Order' button, we will send you an e-mail message acknowledging receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the item has been shipped.

Academic Pricing is available to qualified teachers and students. Applications are easily completed by filling out our Academic Pricing Request.

• Despite our best efforts, an item may be mispriced and if an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel the order and notify you.

• About Craftsman Studio Sale Prices - Craftsman Studio retail store and CraftsmanStudio.com are separate businesses operating from the same location. Mainly, everyday prices are the same but promotions differ. We do not honor sale prices or coupon discounts offered at CraftsmanStudio.com in our retail store. Conversely, we do not honor in-store sale prices or organizational discounts at CraftsmanStudio.com.

Sending Gifts - We include only a packing slip without pricing information in our orders. At checkout, there is an area where you can include gift sentiments which we will include with the order. Email confirmations serve as your receipt and contain complete order information.
